The first “WOW” goes to: Get Human 500, a database of companies from AAA to Yahoo! (actually, Yellow Transportation but I thought Yahoo might be a little better known around these parts) that explains succinctly how to bypass the company’s voice mail menu and get a live human on the other end of the phone. I’ve posted about this before, and it continues to be a big problem. But thankfully, state attorneys general are beginning to take notice of the anticonsumer activities taking place inside their jurisdictions.
