Introducing WOW: Website of the Week
The first “WOW” goes to: Get Human 500, a database of companies from AAA to Yahoo! (actually, Yellow Transportation but I thought Yahoo might be a little better known around these parts) that explains succinctly how to bypass the company’s voice mail menu and get a live human on the other end of the phone.
This is everything a website should be - easily navigated, well-marked-up with links, succinct and of immediate (and immediately apparent) value to the user.
