  1. When filing bankruptcy , How far am I required to travel for mandatory counseling. I live in a pretty rural area and traveling is not easy on me.

  2. Thanks for reading, Scott. You don’t have to travel at all, actually. You can take credit counseling in most cases over the telephone or on the Internet. One company that does so, that I recommend to my clients, is Allen Credit (http://www.acdcas.com/) - however, there are lots of others.
